Great News! I have received word from Ford Drills & Skills that the event day is Friday, April 19th from 4:00pm to 8:30pm.
They will be emailing us, individually, with waivers that need to be signed along with event day information. They will be sending the waivers to the emails you each provided to me back in January when I sent in the team form (participant list, emergency contact, emails, allergies, etc.). The waivers need to be signed by April 12th. Please keep an eye out for these emails (apparently coming from "DocuSign") and check your junk/spam folders daily.
Here is the message they asked me to share with the team:
Please share this with your team’s coaches, athletes, and their legal guardians. We require individual emails for each parent/guardian and coach so we can share the waivers required to participate, along with details for the day. These documents will be shared directly to each email provided in the Athlete Information Sheet via DocuSign in an email to follow. Please return the completed waivers no later than Friday, April 12th.
In the coming week, you can expect to receive the following:
- Drills & Skills declaration release waiver (1 of 2), and on-ice waiver (2 of 2) (adult version for coaches, minor version for athletes) via DocuSign
- Event Day Logistics package with all the information you will need to be prepared for this event
