Contacting Appropriate Individuals at BLOMHA

Communication is key within a large organization. Our main objective through maintaining and updating our website is to communicate. Please remember that everybody listed in our contacts, with the exception of the BLOMHA office staff, are non-paid volunteers and have busy, active lives outside of their volunteer activities with the minor hockey association.

We are constantly striving to provide the BLOMHA hockey community with timely and pertinent information, and access to the individuals who can best answer your questions or address your concerns.

While we don't want anyone to feel that they can't speak directly to Directors, staff or other volunteers, we do ask that you follow a simple communication protocol:

If you have a team or player issue that you can't resolve by first contacting the team's Head Coach, you may speak to your team manager or parent Rep. This person will address the matter with the Head Coach or the appropriate BLOMHA Director or staff member. The BLOMHA Director or staff member will then, if necessary, bring the issue to the Executive Director, who will then, if necessary, bring the matter before the Board of Directors.

If you have any questions that do not directly concern a team or a player, please contact the office and they will gladly help you or direct you to the appropriate BLOMHA Director or volunteer.

BLOMHA considers the above to be a necessary and straight forward pathway of communication.
