Congratulations to our Minor Pewee MD Red Bulldogs for capturing the Alliance MD East/Central Tier 1 Championship in a very tight final vs Kitchener. Game 3 of the series ended in a 2-2 tie, which included an incredible three OT periods! Game 4 was back in Burlington, and the boys did not disappoint with a very well played 2-1 victory. This team has had an amazing season, including tournament wins in Bradford & Columbus. Our Bulldogs are off to the Alliance Provincial Championships this weekend. Lets Go Bulldogs! #dreamteam!! #champions!!

Family Day was particularly special for Nico. A trip to London to watch the London Knights defeat the Saginaw Spirit was followed by a special meeting between Nico and Knights' captain,
Max Domi. Max was very generous with his time, and chatted with Nico about being a Type 1 Diabetic. Max said he thought it was "
cool" that he and Nico "were both diabetics, and both Captains". Nico couldn't stop smiling after the chat, and said that
"this shows me that no matter what happens, you can always push through".

There was a sea of yellow walking & driving around Burlington
on Sunday as our team participated in the 49th Annual Burlington Christmas Parade. The boys were followed by a questionable looking taxi from BURLINGTON TAXI driven by Hockey Dads Scott Wallace and Brian Honda. I think Santa would be jealous! Where else can you see a car spinning in cirlces and not be afraid.

What an amazing weekend of hockey and fun with our Bulldog players and families! Our Bulldogs came out on top through nothing more than hard work and determination, even when their parents may have kept them up too late (hahaha)!
I would like to thank our
amazing coaching staff for encouraging our boys to play the best they can and for motivating them to be champions and the kind of players that parents are proud of! A special shout out to our
man of many accents Sean McHugh for arranging the perfect spot for our team dinner!
GO BULLDOGS!

Our Minor Pewee MD Red Bulldogs will pay tribute to the tragic events in the Nation's Capital & Quebec this past week, by playing our national anthem before tonight's game vs Cambridge. We will also have a moment of silence to honour our fallen soldiers- Nathan Carcillo & Patrice Vincent- following our national anthem.
