Well, the boys never do it the easy way but through sheer determination, they were able to pull it off. They started the tournament with a tie against Paris and then another tie against a team from Norway, Frisk Asker where we did a pin exchange.
After two ties, we went to play Brantford and lost. We then beat Stratford in the semi finals only to meet up with Paris again in the finals. This time we came out with a big win and great pictures with Walter Gretzky!
Congratulations Boys!

The Bantam MD Bulldogs have completed three league games and their first tournament. This team with a number of newer players have come together quickly and this has led to much success early in the season. They rallied on in the Orangeville Early Bird Tournament and made it to an exciting semi-final game where they lost by a mere goal. Amazing after one of our own, Jacob Pascoe, was charged into the boards and taken by ambulance. Nothing broken, a sprain, thank goodness.

The Burlington Bulldogs Bantam MD just finished playing three well played exhibition games. The first was a win over Flamborough on Monday, September 10th. This group of boys came together quickly to defeat the Sabres 4-1.
The next was a back to back series against the Brantford Saints. The boys played well on Sunday, September 16th but had a hard time with the penalties and lost by a goal. They came back stronger last night to defeat the Saints by a score of 4-2. Well done Bulldogs!
This is a great start as we head into our first tournament in Orangeville tomorrow.
GO DOGS GO!!
