If accepted to a House League Select coaching position I agree to follow the BLOMHA Constitution, By-Laws and Regulations, House League Select Policies and any other directives that the Rep Committee may issue. I also agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations of our Governing Bodies (Alliance Hockey, OHF and Hockey Canada).
I agree to submit a Police Vulnerable Sector Record Check, upgrade my coaching certifications if required and complete all other certificates as stipulated above. I agree that all certifications will be completed prior to my team's first ice time.
