Power Skating 
Highly qualified coaches and instructors from Sports Concept

The 2019-2020 program is geared to Initiation Program (IP) and House League players of various ages and skill levels and run by highly qualified coaches and instructors from Sports Concept. 


Participants will learn and develop the basic skating skills as outlined in the Hockey Canada Skills Inventory for skating:
1) Balance and Agility 
2) Edge Control 
3) Starting and Stopping 
4) Forward Skating and Striding 
5) Backward Skating 
6) Turning and Crossovers

10 Sessions:
Tuesday 5:00pm - 6:00pm at Appleby 1. This session is open to skaters born in 2015-2012. To register, click here. 

Tuesday 6:00pm - 7:00pm at Appleby 1. This session is open to skaters born in 2011-2007. To register, click here.

Dates:Oct 15, Oct 22, Oct 29, Nov 5, Nov 12, Nov 19, Nov 26, Dec 3, Dec 10, Dec 17

Fee: $225 .00 by Cash, Cheque (in Office) Visa/ Mastercard online
