March 12th - 15th:
We do not anticipate scheduling out of town teams on March 12th. This date is included in case we need the overflow space. In that case, we would schedule home teams on that date or work with teams that are close to Burlington/do not require a hotel. We do not anticipate teams needing a hotel room on the 12th, so our block is only arranged for the night of March 13th & 14th.
Hotel information:
The success of our tournament relies heavily on the combination of great volunteers and a partnership established with our rooming provider. One of the criteria for acceptance into the tournament is that any team requiring hotel accommodations must be secured through our preferred provider.
We work with the hotels to guarantee the best group rates available. We have secured rooms that include 2 queen beds as well as rooms and that include 1 king bed, and nightly rates are $164/$182 a night.

We are expecting a lot of out of town teams. If you find that both room blocks have filled up, please email [email protected]. We will organize getting another room block, ensuring that our attendees receive a preferred rate.
