VSC Instructions: Points below include what to do in all situations

1. If you have applied for a new VSC and you are waiting for it to be completed:
You must submit the receipt at this link. At question 8, Select “Yes… etc” This receipt is a place holder until your VSC comes back, at which point you must complete this step again and submit the completed VSC document.

A RECEIPT/INVOICE is a PDF document you will receive from the police via email. If you do not receive it via email, log into your online police account, and download this document. If you are having trouble, come by the BLOMHA office with your police credentials and we will assist you. You can go through the same process with a physical receipt, use a photo/scan.

2. If you have a completed VSC that needs to be submitted:
Submit your Vulnerable Sector Check via this form. You will receive confirmation from the OHF when they have successfully received your submission.
Please note that at step 8 it asks you to upload your VSC. You must still return to the form and submit the additional questions that populate.

3. If you submitted a VSC last season, so you need to complete the annual declaration that keeps it valid for another year:
Click here and complete this form. At question 8, please select “No (my VSC has not expired and want to complete the online declaration form)

You will receive email confirmation from the OHF that your declaration has been received.
