BLOMHA requires that our Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches and all bench staff are fully certified prior to the season starting. If you are unsure of your certifications, this can be viewed on your Hockey Canada Registration Profile, by going to:
-myaccount.spordle.com
-login (top right)
-my account (also top right)
-click "members" (on the left menu)
-select your initials
-if you do not see your initials, you may need to create a Hockey Canada Registration profile. Click here to do that.

Please Note: “HU-ONLINE Coach 1/Coach 2" is NOT the same as Coach 1 or Coach 2. It is the old (2023-2024) pre-requisite for Coach 1 or 2, and no longer serves a purpose when checking certifications for the 2024-2025 season.

NEW PROCESS: 2024-2025 VULNERABLE SECTOR CHECK

All volunteers (18+) including on-ice helpers must submit a Vulnerable Sector Check to the OHF (Ontario Hockey Federation) starting in the 2024-2025 season. In previous seasons, VSC's were submitted to BLOMHA directly. The OHF has centralized this process so moving forward you must submit your completed VSC to them or you cannot be added to a roster and therefore are NOT INSURED and not permitted to take part in team activities. IF YOUR PROFILE HAS A VSC THAT WAS ADDED IN A DIFFERENT SEASON AND IT IS MARKED AS "COMPLETE," PLEASE KNOW THE OHF IS SLOWLY GOING THROUGH AND MARKING THESE AS EXPIRED. YOU MUST RESUBMIT YOUR VSC TO THEM DIRECTLY FOR THE UPCOMING SEASON.
