CURRENT CERTIFICATIONS

ALL VOLUNTEERS IN ANY CAPACITY require certifications and a valid police clearance to be submitted to the OHF (Ontario Hockey Federation). Please log in to Spordle and navigate to your (not your child) Hockey Canada Registration profile to view your certifications.

If accepted to a House League volunteer position I agree to follow the BLOMHA Constitution, By-Laws and Regulations, House League Policies and any other directives given by the Directors of House League, Lisa Glenham-Kachuik or Scott Winslow. I also agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations of our Governing Bodies (Alliance Hockey, OHF and Hockey Canada).

I agree to submit a Vulnerable Sector Record Check DIRECTLY TO THE ONTARIO HOCKEY FEDERATION, upgrade my coaching certifications if required, and complete all other certificates as stipulated. If I participate as a Coach, I will follow the coaching agreement that will be signed prior to the season beginning.
