2025-2026 Team Staff Award Nominations
Please submit your nominations for our annual season-end awards. This form can be submitted once with multiple names (where applicable) or you may submit it more than once to capture your nominations. House League Coach of the Year; House League Trainer of the Year; Rep (MD/BB) Coach of the Year; Rep (MD/BB) Trainer of the Year; Rep (MD/BB) Manager of the Year; Select Coach of the Year; Select Trainer of the Year; Select Manager of the Year

House League Coach of the Year;
House League Trainer of the Year;
Rep (MD/BB) Coach of the Year;
Rep (MD/BB) Trainer of the Year;
Rep (MD/BB) Manager of the Year;
Select Coach of the Year;
Select Trainer of the Year;
Select Manager of the Year;

If your player does not participate in the program, we politely ask that you refrain from nominating someone in that program. We encourage you to nominate team staff relevant to your program. You may nominate more than one person.

Award recipients will be announced & recognized at the BLOMHA end of season Awards Banquet on April 18th. Nominees will receive one free ticket and may invite a guest who can purchase a ticket for the reduced cost of $70. No further details about the banquet are available at this time. 

  All submissions will be reviewed by the awards committee to choose recipients. Please note that more nominations does not necessarily give someone a greater "chance" to win.
