we can’t do it without our incredible volunteers!
We are currently
seeking Conveners for age divisions U9 - U19.
Want to get involved in minor hockey but don’t skate? No problem — we’re looking for House League Conveners for divisions from U9 to U19!
Conveners play a vital role in helping our season run smoothly. It’s a great way to support local hockey, stay involved, and make a difference in your community.
Responsibilities:
· Be available by email (and occasionally phone) to support families in your division
· Assist the Director of House League with coach communication, updates, and general questions
· Be visible at the arena during your division’s scheduled ice times
No skating required — just a willingness to help!

If you are interested in volunteering in another role, here’s what you’ll need to do:
Volunteer Requirements for every role (On-Ice Helpers included):
- Complete
a volunteer application (returning volunteers should still fill this out)
- Successfully submit
a Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) to the Ontario Hockey Federation
- Complete mandatory training certifications
