Simply fill out the online Tournament Registration form and then send us your cheque(s). Deposit must be received within 2 weeks of online registration to hold team entry.
Cheques are to be made payable to BLOMHA and sent to the address below.
Acceptance in the tournament will be by confirmation email once your cheque(s) have been received and 4 teams have registered for the division.
