Our Jr. Bulldogs program is a staple in the Burlington community and we are so excited to welcome both new and returning players this year. Running October 26th through March 7th 2024.
Our program focuses on the development of primary hockey skills for those who are newer to hockey, players looking to improve their skills or those just wanting some extra ice time. It's an hour of skills and fun!
Participants will work to develop:

Skating skills (balance and agility, edge control, starting and stopping, forward skating and striding, backward skating, turning and crossovers) both with and without the puck

Stationary and moving puck control

Stationary and in motion passing and receiving

Shooting skills
This year’s program is geared to players of all skill levels. The program concentrates on specific skills training including turning, stopping, shooting, acceleration, body positioning and more.
Sessions:
The program is for U6 through to U12 (4-11 years old) and will run on Thursdays starting October 26th through March 7th, 2024 at Mountainside Arena.
U6-U8 is from 5-6pm
U9-U10 is from 6-7pm
U11-U12 is from 7-8pm

This program is being led by head pro-instructor Jeremy Gottzmann as well as a few of our U18 Bulldogs.
