INITIATION PROGRAM REGISTRATION - 2020-2021 SEASON
In order to assist families with registration fees for next season we are only requiring a $100 deposit for Initiation Program registration and the balance is not required until November 15th, 2020.
The Initiation Program is for Under 8 participants in the 4/5, 6 and 7 age groups.

The printable form can be dropped at the BLOMHA office (mail slot) and MUST be accompanied by one cheque for the full payment or two cheques for the split payment option.
